Edible Karma recipe : Matcha Peppermint Vegan Ice cream
Serves 6
400ml coconut milk
200ml coconut cream
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 drop food grade essential peppermint oil
1 vanilla bean
50 g dark chocolate (rough chopped)
pinch sea salt
2 tbsp organic hemp seeds
Mix all ingredients (accept the dark chocolate) until smooth and well combined.
Freeze overnight
Blend until smooth (adding milk where required for consistency) / Use ice cream maker to churn frozen mixture
Fold in chopped dark chocolate
Top with sprinkle of hemp seeds
Serve
