Our pregnancy yoga classes are designed to support you through every stage of your journey into motherhood.
These gentle, tailored sessions focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and easing common pregnancy discomforts, while also creating space for relaxation and connection with your baby.
Guided breathing techniques and calming movements help reduce stress, promote better sleep, and prepare both body and mind for labour. Suitable for all levels, our classes offer a warm, supportive environment where you can move confidently and feel nurtured throughout your pregnancy.

RUTH TOWNSHEND
Ruth’s style is slow, grounded and deeply breath-focused; she sees movement as a medicine and the breath as a tool to reset and rebalance our nervous systems. She loves to deep dive into the subtle details of a posture, exploring why and where our energy flows throughout the body.
Her gentle, open-hearted approach will leave you feeling grounded, nourished and held. Ruth is a fresh graduate from Evolve Yoga School’s 200hour YTT and one of the newest members of our team.
Catch Ruth at the studio teaching her weekly Saturday morning 10:30am Hatha flow class, covering classes throughout each month and practicing along side you in one of our sessions!
Ruth is a down to earth, approachable and friendly addition to the team! We hope you enjoy her teachings as much as we enjoy having her apart of the ACS Team!
