The Mums club Cheshire east came to Ashtanga Cheshire studios for their Mum and Baby yoga event, Sandbach, Cheshire.

Cheshire Mum’s enjoyed a led class by Ruth followed by a lite plant based healthy brunch.

The event was to share the exciting news that we are now offering Pre-natal (Pregnancy) Yoga and post-natal (Mum & Baby) classes here in Sandbach, Cheshire.
