THE VENUE

Located within two hours of Tivat airport and walking distance from the beautiful Old town of Stari bar

THE ROOMS

We have a small selection of Double rooms and two dorm style rooms available.

Each room is beautifully simple with polished concrete floor and gorgeous exposed barn brick walls!

We have a selection of rooms to offer at various price points starting from £900.00 per person with payments plans available upon request.

THE FOOD

Our retreat menus are carefully and consciously crafted. Expect a selection of seasonal, nutrient dense, organic where possible, totally plant based / vegetarian dishes.

Each meal leaving you feeling fueled and nourished. A perfect support and compliment for your Ashtanga & Rocket practice throughout the retreat!

THE SCHEDULE

The Ashtanga Cheshire immersion retreats are always packed with classes and workshops throughout with moments of free time to explore and absorb the beautiful surroundings.

Each day begins with optional Mysore session, a led practice before breakfast, a morning meditation or Philosophy class and afternoons filled with fun workshops before guests have a final guided Yin/Yang practice. Each day ends with Dinner & Dessert.

As this is our first 7 night retreat (Sunday from 4pm - Sunday 10am) we have time to explore our surroundings and have the option to visit the old town and Lake Sakadar National Park.
