 A beautiful combination of yoga, breath work & relaxation to truly nurture support & empower you on your journey through pregnancy, birth & into motherhood.

It is an ideal opportunity to connect to everything pregnancy brings whilst meeting other like-minded mums to be & become part of a supportive community.

This class provides a safe space for you to rest, relax & reconnect during this incredible time in your life.

Every Friday 5:15PM from April 24th to May 22nd (24th April, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd May 2026)

5 x 60-minute Pregnancy yoga classes at Ashtanga Cheshire studios, a stunning Yoga Studio in Sandbach, Cheshire.

Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga which releases tension, alleviates prenatal ailments and keeps the body supple and toned during pregnancy.

It is one of the best ways to gently exercise and is designed specifically to help you as you progress through your pregnancy, from 14 weeks onwards, all the way through to the birth...

The pace is steady; you'll never be rushed and you can rest at any time.

Equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
