Join Susy Walsh and Lauren Ellis-Stretch, with brunch by Kelly Mason, for this mini retreat embodying the many aspects of 'peace' in celebration of International Peace Day…

Through movement, connection and sound we'll seek to cultivate tranquility and calm within, with an intention of allowing this to ripple out to the global collective. 

Our time together will begin in community with a nourishing plant-based brunch from Kelly before we move into a slow and soft yin yoga practice with Susy, exploring what peace feels like for us in our bodies. Lauren will then get us moving with a heart-expanding, cathartic practice of Shake the Dust - a unique movement practice that blends yoga, pilates, HIIT and more, all set to an energising soundscape to uplift and inspire - we like to call it a 'work in' rather than a workout!

Our time together will come to a close in sound ceremony as we ride the relaxing waves of crystalline sound and invite our peaceful intentions to reverberate out into the universal consciousness for the benefit of all beings.

Whether you want to utilise this retreat to foster a more internal, personal sense of peace or whether you want your yoga practice to offer support  to the global community, this is space for you to show up as, just you are and be. Suitable for all levels of practitioner and beginners very welcome. A portion of proceeds will be donated to charities helping to ease suffering across the world.
